Online Payments

  • DDES offers families an online payment system to make it simple and easy to manage your Kindergarten Tuition & Fieldwork payments as well as Crew Club and Intramural payments, over the course of the year.

    The system allows our families to make one-time and re-occurring payments using a debit/credit card or checking account. Please note that you will be charged a convenience fee for using the online payment option. Alternatively, DDES will always accept payments by check, money order or cash at DDES’s Front Office in addition to our online system. Credit cards will NOT be accepted at the Front Office after registration to avoid costly fees.

    Important: If you have chosen to set up a payment plan for DDES’s Fieldwork Collection, it is your responsibility to set up an account on Revo and manage your payments. All first payments should have been made when you turned in your registration documents. If you have not yet made your first payment, please do so online or at DDES’s front desk. If you believe the remaining balance shown on your Fieldwork account is incorrect, or if you have any problems accessing your account, please contact Katianne Glesne at (720)-424-2353 or katianne.glesne@ddeschool.

    *Please note that mealtime payments (breakfast & lunch) should be made on the Mealtime online system. Instructions on how to enroll your child for Mealtime can be found under FOOD SERVICES tab on the ddeschool webpage.
