Tawana Davis

Reverend Tawana Davis is a compassionate minister, an engaging group facilitator, and a prophetic public intellectual whose scholarly and spiritual insights make her a highly sought-after preacher, speaker, and seminar leader. Born and raised in Harlem, New York by the late Edward Eugene Davis Jr. and the late Rose Lee Davis, Rev. Davis’ parents instilled in her the vital intersectionality of faith, race, social justice and a love for young people.
Rev. Davis is the Co-Founder of Soul 2 Soul, LLC. a faith-based consulting firm focused on racial justice, healing and liberation. She serves on several boards and in various leadership capacities in the community. She is a retired Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, an Associate Minister at Shorter Community AME Church in Denver, and currently attending Antioch University Graduate School of Leadership and Change pursuing her PhD. Rev. Davis is the proud mother of Daralyne and Erik and the proud Grandmother of Ethan. But most of all, she is a child of God who loves the Lord and all of G-d’s people with a special love for children and youth
